Do you ship to Canada or International? We are currently focused on our domestic orders and have not yet expanded internationally. What is your return policy?
We are certain that you will fall in love with your StandDesk immediately, but if you receive your StandDesk item and decide you no longer want it, you can return the product within 30 days of delivery. If more than 30 days has passed, we unfortunately cannot offer you a return or exchange. Please note that you will be charged a 15% restocking fee for returns, and will be responsible for the cost of shipping back to us. To return your StandDesk product, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase. The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, and you must ship it back in the original, undamaged packaging. Please notify us of your intent to return by emailing us here and ship the desk to: "c/o StandDesk Inc 1075 Montague Expressway Milpitas CA 95035".
What is your refund policy?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days of our receiving the product. Please remember that the refund will deduct a 15% restocking fee. Shipping costs will also be deducted from your refund.
